Special Event on Zoom: Our Second Jenny Carmichael Bequest Speaker: Kat Jones of Twocatsquilts

We have been very fortunate to engage Kat Jones to talk with us as the second of our Jenny Carmichael bequest speakers.

Kat lives and works in lutrawita/Tasmania.  She was awarded the Tasmanian Art Quilt prize in 2015, Best of Show in the Tasmanian State Quilt show in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2021 and Best of Australia in 2022.  Having received many awards for her quilts and quilting both nationally and internationally Kat is probably best known for her winning quilt, Bling, at Quiltcon in 2017.
