Bay Quilters Monthly Meeting – Saturday, 17th October: Destash Market Day

Are you feeling overwhelmed with too much fabric/too many embroidery threads/loads of cottons/pattterns etc???  Today we are trialing a new Event: we are holding our first Destash Market.  Members are invited to bring along their own table and sell quilt-related/sewing related items from their stash to you, our members.  There will be a limit of 12 tables so if you would like to participate as a seller, please sign up on the registration sheet at the August meeting.  It will be on a first come/first served basis.  There is a charge of $10 for the table, and all proceeds of sale will go to the table holder.  The sale will run for 2 hours in the small hall.

The Trading Table will not be open this month.   But the llibrary will be open as usual from 10 am – 11 am.

Please don’t forget to bring your name badge,  lunch, your mug and your sewing.  We look forward to seeing you all.
