Face Challenge

Groups of four members each produced a face from a common template.

  • The face had to be fat-quarter sized and able to be cut into four pieces.
  • Any detail (e.g. glasses) and any technique could be used.
  • The finished faces were then cut up and each quarter was given to a member of the original group of 4.
  • Each person was then required to use the four quarters to produce a finished quilt, with no limits to size, technique or embellishment.
  • It was a serious challenge, but lots of fun, and never to be forgotten!!!
