SUMMARY:Bay Quilters Monthly Meeting - Saturday\, 17th October:  Destash Market Day
DESCRIPTION:Are you feeling overwhelmed with too much fabric/too many embroidery threads/loads of cottons/pattterns etc???  Today we are trialing a new Event: we are holding our first Destash Market.  Members are invited to bring along their own table and sell quilt-related/sewing related items from their stash to you\, our members.  There will be a limit of 12 tables so if you would like to participate as a seller\, please sign up on the registration sheet at the August meeting.  It will be on a first come/first served basis.  There is a charge of $10 for the table\, and all proceeds of sale will go to the table holder.  The sale will run for 2 hours in the small hall. \nThe Trading Table will not be open this month.   But the llibrary will be open as usual from 10 am – 11 am. \nPlease don’t forget to bring your name badge\,  lunch\, your mug and your sewing.  We look forward to seeing you all.

DESCRIPTION:Please note the change of date for our November meeting. \nThis month\, apart from our usual Christmas festivities\, we will be holding a members market:  please register for this on the sheet provided at the previous meetings.  There will be a limited number of spaces available\, again it will be on a first come/first serve basis.   As we have done in the past\, we invite members to set up their own small table in the Main Hall\, and sell new handmade items and Christmas gifts.  There will be a small charge for the table. \nMore information to follow regarding our Christmas festivities. \nThe Trading Table and the library will be open from 10 am – 11 am. \nAs usual for our meetings\, please bring your name badge\,  lunch\, your mug and your sewing.  We look forward to seeing you all.
